The eagerly anticipated music festival, FAIR PLAY, is set to make a triumphant return to Manchester on the 6th of April, 2024. Following its previous sell-out successes, the festival, in partnership with Albert Hall, Interior, and Do Your Best, promises an even more vibrant and diverse experience this year.

With a commitment to providing a fair and equal platform for artists of all genres, genders, sexualities, and races, FAIR PLAY stands out as a beacon of inclusivity in the music festival landscape. This ethos is embodied in its eclectic lineup, which spans a range of alternative music genres, making it a haven for music enthusiasts seeking fresh and experimental sounds.

The first wave of artists announced includes the iconic electronic musician Marie Davidson, the genre-blending Denzel Himself, and the eagerly awaited return of Buzzard Buzzard Buzzard. The lineup also features Ugly, known for their infectious melodies and dynamic changes, and the London-based Finnish-British artist Otta, returning after a previous cancellation due to illness. Fans can also look forward to performances from Cowboyy, The New Eves, Skydaddy, Blossom Caldarone, Imperial Wax, and the experimental duo SLAP RASH, among many others.

Adding to the excitement, this year's FAIR PLAY collaborates with PRAH Recordings for their 10th Anniversary, bringing additional artists like MF Tomlinson and TaliaBle to the stage. The full lineup so far promises an unparalleled experience of artistic diversity and musical innovation.

This festivals unique atmosphere is further enhanced by its venues, including Band On The Wall, SOUP, Gullivers, The Castle Hotel, and The Peer Hat, the latter hosting the wildly popular FAIR PLAY karaoke, led by local drag performers. The festival also enjoys the support of First Chop, a local independent brewery, offering a selection of beers, including the specially designed FAIR PLAY beer cans by Adam Griffiths.

While early bird and first release tickets have already sold out, music fans still have the chance to grab second-release tickets through DICE, See Tickets, and Ticketline. For the latest updates, followers can stay tuned to FAIR PLAY’s social media channels on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.

As it gears up for what promises to be an unforgettable event, the festival continues to add more artists and surprises to its lineup. This is not just a festival; it's a celebration of music's power to unite and inspire, set against the backdrop of Manchester's rich cultural tapestry.

FAIR PLAY, featured in CLASH Magazine, is more than just a music festival. It's a movement, a statement, and a communal experience celebrating diversity in music. With its roots firmly planted in Manchester, FAIR PLAY offers a platform for alternative and innovative musicians, creating an inclusive and vibrant atmosphere for both artists and attendees.
